Each branch has multiple meeting rooms and case discussion rooms, where large volumes of complex cases require strategic analysis and team collaboration on a daily basis.

Challenges Faced by the Client

Immovable traditional whiteboards: The number of case discussion rooms is limited, so legal teams often need to wait in line for meeting rooms. Fixed whiteboards cannot be moved to other rooms, which greatly weakens information presentation.

In terms of product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes to fit discussion scenarios of different scales:

Main configuration for large case war rooms: 120×180cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with heavy-duty H-shaped metal stand, suitable for teams of 6–10 people discussing complex commercial litigation and intellectual property cases.
Configuration for small case discussion rooms: 90×150cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with lightweight mobile stand, suitable for groups of 2–4 people for labor law consultations and corporate compliance reviews.

Both models adopt premium galvanized steel panels, supporting magnetic attachment and dry-erase writing on both sides with no residual marks after erasure. The stands are made of thick cold-rolled steel with electrostatic spray coating on the surface for rust and corrosion resistance. Four sets of silent casters are installed at the bottom, two of which are equipped with brakes. The whiteboards slide smoothly and stay firmly positioned on both carpeted and hard floors in law offices. The whiteboard can be horizontally rotated 360 degrees and locked at any angle, enabling lawyers to quickly switch writing surfaces for different discussion segments.
