Who is the client?
A German automotive dealer group headquartered in Stuttgart. It operates 22 brand-authorized showrooms across Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria in southern Germany, with core businesses including new car sales, used car trade-in and after-sales maintenance services. Each showroom features vehicle display zones, customer consultation zones and handover zones, receiving more than 50 groups of customers daily.
Challenges Faced by the Client
- Scattered paper specification sheets — Sales consultants print large volumes of specification forms, price lists and financial proposals. New documents are prepared for every customer consultation, and paper materials are discarded casually after customers review them.
- No intuitive comparison available — Customers often need to choose between two vehicle models, but paper documents can only be flipped through one by one. Sales consultants have to rely on verbal descriptions, confusing customers and extending decision-making cycles.
- Inconsistent brand image — Consultation tools varied widely across the 22 showrooms. Some used acrylic boards, some folders, while others laid documents directly on tables, which seriously conflicted with the unified premium brand image of the showrooms.
- Low consultation efficiency — Sales consultants spent excessive time preparing documents and compiling comparison tables, leaving less time for direct customer communication.

In terms of product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes to fit different zones in the showrooms:
- Main configuration for customer consultation areas: 90×150cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with an H-shaped mobile stand, used by sales consultants to display configuration comparisons and financial proposals during face-to-face customer communications.
- Auxiliary configuration for vehicle handover zones: 60×90cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with a lightweight mobile stand, used to explain vehicle functions, maintenance reminders and after-sales policies to customers upon new car handover.
Both whiteboard models adopt high-quality galvanized steel panels, supporting magnetic attachment and dry-erase writing on both sides with no residual marks after erasure. The stands are made of thickened cold-rolled steel with electrostatic spray coating on the surface for rust and corrosion resistance. Four silent universal casters are fitted at the bottom, two of which come with brakes. The whiteboards slide smoothly and stay stable on the smooth flooring of showrooms. The stand height is infinitely adjustable to accommodate sales consultants of different heights.

After sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production of all goods within 20 working days.
22 showrooms × 2 whiteboards per showroom, totaling 44 double-sided mobile stand whiteboards.
Each whiteboard is individually printed with the showroom name and number to facilitate unified asset management and store inspection tracking by the group.
Goods were shipped to the Port of Hamburg by sea under CIF terms, with Vwin taking full responsibility for insurance and transportation.
