Who Is the Client?

The client is a Singapore-based co-working space operator with 5 locations in core business districts, featuring more than 50 meeting rooms and activity rooms in total. Its tenants are mainly tech startup teams, financial consulting firms and regional offices of multinational corporations, who set extremely high standards for the professionalism and flexibility of office environments.

Challenges Faced by the Client

The meeting rooms within the co-working spaces experience extremely high utilization rates, filled all day long with team meetings, client negotiations, project roadshows and internal training sessions. The operator’s original meeting equipment presented the following problems:

Insufficient fixed whiteboards — Each meeting room was equipped with only one wall-mounted whiteboard, which could not meet demands for breakout discussions or parallel dual-track meetings.
Immovable and non-sharable resources — Wall-mounted whiteboards were fixed in place and could not be allocated across meeting rooms. When Room A needed an extra whiteboard, the idle whiteboard in Room B could not be relocated.
Inability to support double-sided use — Many meetings required writing on both sides of a whiteboard simultaneously, which standard single-sided whiteboards could not achieve.

In terms of product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes to fit meeting rooms of different dimensions:

Standard Meeting Room Configuration: 90×150cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with an H-shaped mobile stand, suitable for medium meeting rooms accommodating 6–10 people.
Small Meeting Room Configuration: 60×90cm double-sided magnetic whiteboard with a lightweight mobile stand, suitable for small discussion rooms for 2–4 people.

Both whiteboard models adopt high-quality galvanized steel panels that support magnetic attachment and dry-erase writing on both sides with no residual marks. The stands are constructed from thickened metal and fitted with four sets of silent universal casters, two of which have braking functions, enabling smooth movement and stable parking. Stand height is adjustable to accommodate users of varying heights.

Additionally, Vwin provided complete supporting accessories: 20 magnetic fasteners per board, a four-color whiteboard marker set, an eraser and a storage tray. Each whiteboard comes fully equipped for immediate use.

Delivery & Services

After sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production within 18 working days.

5 locations × 10–12 boards per location, totaling 52 double-sided mobile standing whiteboards.

Custom printed space numbers on each whiteboard stand to facilitate unified asset management by the space operator.

Goods were shipped by sea to the Port of Singapore under CIF terms, with Vwin fully responsible for insurance and transportation arrangements.
