Who Is the Client?

It is an education and training institution headquartered in Berlin, Germany, operating 12 teaching centers. It mainly provides language training and after-school tutoring for students aged 6 to 18. In the second half of 2024, the institution launched a comprehensive teaching facility upgrade plan, with whiteboards as a core replacement item.

Challenges Faced by the Client

The institution’s original whiteboards had been in use for more than 8 years and suffered from widespread problems as follows:

Severe ghosting – Heavy ink shadows remained after repeated wiping, making written words blurry and illegible for students sitting in the back rows.
No magnetism for teaching aids – Conventional whiteboards are non-magnetic. Teachers could not attach word cards, charts, students’ assignments and other materials to the board. Frequent switching between blackboard writing and paper materials disrupted classroom flow.
Inflexible installation – All original whiteboards were wall-mounted and fixed in place. After layout adjustments in some classrooms, the whiteboard positions no longer aligned with new seating arrangements, resulting in inconvenient usage.

Solutions We Provided

After receiving the client’s inquiry, Vwin learned in detail about classroom dimensions, teaching scenarios and teachers’ usage habits, and recommended a magnetic whiteboard product package:

In terms of product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes:

Main classroom whiteboard: 120×180 cm, wall-mounted for teacher-led instruction
Group discussion whiteboard: 60×90 cm with mobile stand for student group activities

All whiteboards adopt galvanized steel thicker than 0.3 mm to prevent deformation and sustain stable magnetism over long-term use. The matte baked enamel surface avoids reflections, ensuring clear visibility for students in rear seats. In addition, Weidinghui supplied supporting accessories including 200 magnetic pins, a set of 12-colour whiteboard markers and dedicated erasers, delivering a one-stop package so the client did not need separate purchases.

Delivery & Services

After sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production of all goods within 20 working days.

The 12 teaching centers required whiteboards of varying sizes and installation methods. Weidinghui manufactured customized products according to actual classroom dimensions for a perfect fit.

Products were shipped to Germany by sea under FOB terms, with the client responsible for customs clearance and local installation.

Installation manuals and product operation & maintenance guidelines were provided throughout the project.

Results

Whiteboard replacement was completed across all 12 teaching centers, with a total of 54 magnetic whiteboards put into service.

Three months later, the institution’s internal teaching satisfaction survey showed:

92% of teachers stated the new whiteboards “significantly improved classroom efficiency”.

87% of students reported “clearer writing on boards and easier learning”.

On average, teachers used magnetic pins to attach teaching aids more than 20 times per week, greatly boosting classroom interaction.
